An AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) block plant is a specialized facility for manufacturing AAC blocks, which are eco-friendly, lightweight, and highly durable building materials. These blocks are made using a mixture of cement, lime, fly ash (or sand), gypsum, water, and an aerating agent like aluminum powder. The production process includes the following steps:

1. Raw Material Preparation: Raw materials are accurately measured and mixed to form a slurry.
2. Molding: The slurry is poured into molds, where the aerating agent reacts chemically to create tiny air bubbles, resulting in a lightweight structure.
3. Pre-curing: The mixture is allowed to settle and gain initial strength before being cut into desired block sizes.
4. Autoclaving: The blocks are cured under high pressure and temperature in an autoclave, which enhances strength and durability.
5. Quality Control and Packing: Finished blocks are inspected for quality and then packed for transportation.

AAC block plants are equipped with advanced machinery like mixers, cutting machines, and autoclaves. The blocks produced are widely used in residential, commercial, and industrial construction due to their superior thermal insulation, fire resistance, soundproofing, and environmental benefits.
