Functionality

The cutting machine is used to slice the pre-cured AAC cake (semi-solid mass) into blocks of required sizes with high precision. It performs vertical, horizontal, and end-face cutting in one integrated process.

Components and Features

1. Cutting Wires

   • High-strength wires are arranged vertically and horizontally to cut the AAC cake into blocks.
   • They ensure smooth and accurate cutting without damaging the edges.

2. Frame and Base

   • A robust steel frame supports the cutting mechanism.

3. Tilting Table
